Conversations and services
This website presents software, automation and AI services for businesses. The initial 30-minute conversation is free. Booking a call does not commission a project. Diagnosis and implementation require prior agreement on scope, price and terms.
Website examples illustrate possible applications; they are not guaranteed results or customer case studies unless identified as such. Content and brand materials belong to their respective rights holders.
Data and purposes
When you contact us or book a call, we process your name, email, time, time zone and information you choose to share to respond, arrange the meeting and discuss potential work. Required fields are indicated when booking. Avoid sending sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps you request where you will be a party to the contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and developing business relationships. Delivering and securing the website also involves technical data, such as IP addresses and browser information, based on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
Booking, email and providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and email forwarding, Google for email, calendar and Google Meet, and Cal.com for bookings. These services receive the data needed for their functions.
When you choose PT or EN, we save that preference in a session cookie (orinne_language) to respect your choice while browsing. On initial entry, we may use the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare to show Portuguese in Portugal. We do not request access to your precise location.
The embedded calendar connects your browser to Cal.com as you approach the booking section; with reduced motion enabled, it may load immediately. Cal.com uses cookies and browser storage for functions including sessions, security and preferences, as well as technical diagnostic services. You can contact us by email as an alternative to booking.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The policies below explain the locations and transfer mechanisms each provider states it uses. You can contact us for clarification about the processing of your data.
Visitor analytics
On the homepage we use DataFast in cookieless mode to understand how people find and use the website. It may process pages visited, referral sources and technical browser and device data. According to the provider, measurement may use session-limited storage and an identifier derived from technical data that changes daily.
This mode does not use the persistent DataFast visitor-identification cookie. This does not mean the entire website is cookie-free: the calendar is a separate service. The purpose is to improve the website, based on our legitimate interest in assessing its use. We do not use these analytics for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
We retain enquiries and bookings while they are needed to follow up on your request or the professional relationship. If there is no further engagement, that need ends when the request is closed, except where retention is necessary for legal obligations or the defence of rights. Project data is handled under the conditions for that project.
Providers may retain technical data for operation, security and their own obligations under their applicable policies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. Contact hello@orinne.com. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
